Customer Privacy & Video Retention Policy
This page explains exactly how customer videos and data are handled to ensure your complete privacy and security.
1. Data Collection & Access
We collect only the video media you explicitly upload for the purpose of anatomical 3D reconstruction. This data is stored in a secure, encrypted environment and is accessed strictly by our modeling specialists. We do not use your personal anatomical data for any purpose other than the creation of your custom replica.
2. Video Retention & Automatic Deletion
Your privacy is protected by our strict deletion protocols. All uploaded video files are automatically and permanently purged from our primary servers seven (7) days after upload. We do not maintain long-term archives or cloud backups of raw customer footage once the 3D model has been successfully generated.
3. Authorized Subprocessing
- Polycam serves as our authorized 3D reconstruction subprocessor.
• Sole Purpose Limitation: Customer video uploads are transmitted to Polycam strictly for 3D model reconstruction to create the personalized replica—never for training, advertising, or secondary uses.
• 7-Day Deletion Enforcement: Video data, photogrammetry captures, point clouds, and raw meshes within Polycam must be permanently deleted within 7 days of upload.
• Strict Private Processing: All captures and models remain completely private with zero public sharing to Polycam's community feed or public explore galleries.
• Pseudonymous Identification: Uploads and meshes are identified exclusively by the internal Order Number (e.g., ORDER-1047), never by customer name.
4. Data Security Measures
End-to-end encryption for all media uploads. Secure, localized modeling workstations with no external network access. Identity-masked order processing to ensure anatomical data is never linked to your full legal identity during production. Strict non-disclosure agreements for all artisans and technicians.
Your privacy is our priority. We remind you that your personal video data is used exclusively for the purpose of creating your personalised anatomical replica. This data is never used for marketing or secondary purposes and is automatically and permanently purged from our secure servers within 7 days of upload.
