This notice explains how we handle founding-tester applications and photographs used to develop a personalised replica.

1. Applying without photographs.
Our initial tester application asks for your preferred name, email address, country, whether you are applying as a couple or individual, adult-participation confirmations and any optional message you choose to provide. We use this information to review your expression of interest and contact you about participation. Do not include intimate photographs in this form or send them by email or social-media messages.
2. Photographs submitted through our webapp.
If selected, you will receive instructions before we request photographs. Intimate photographs are submitted only through the Personalised Pleasure webapp. We use our own software to process those photographs and create a personalised 3D model for the agreed modelling and replica-development process. We do not upload your photographs to Polycam or other third-party websites or external reconstruction services for processing. Owning our software does not by itself mean that the website or webapp has no hosting or infrastructure providers.
3. Your consent and control.
Participation is voluntary and limited to adults aged 18 or over. The person photographed must give informed, explicit consent before their photographs are submitted, including when a partner submits them. We explain the purpose and process before requesting that consent. You may withdraw consent or request earlier deletion by emailing intimate@personalisedpleasure.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out, but may prevent us from completing your model or replica.
All photographs submitted through our webapp, any copies or backups of those photographs, and the resulting 3D models are deleted within seven days of the original photograph submission. This deadline applies to the whole associated photo-and-model set, including working copies and backups. It does not mean application records or correspondence are deleted on the same timetable. You may request earlier deletion by contacting intimate@personalisedpleasure.com. Please keep your own original photographs if you wish to retain them.
5. Use of your photographs.
We use submitted photographs only for the modelling and replica-development process explained to you. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them for advertising or unrelated purposes. Photographs or models will not be used for marketing without separate, specific permission.
6. Your privacy rights.
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, or data portability where applicable, and to withdraw consent. You may also raise a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
7. Questions before submitting.
If anything about submission, access, hosting, deletion or model retention is unclear, contact intimate@personalisedpleasure.com before sending photographs.
